In a similar situation with my shitty DFY agency, and yes I'm burnt out. Naturally I prefer to teach my clients how to fish and/or set up the fishing line for them. But didn't know such an inbuilt desire was actually a real profitable business model. Along comes Serge Gatari, and now I'd rather learn that B/R model. 😅Sign up for the 1 month B/R challenge like I did, guys! It'll be worth it even if your offer didn't get picked as live case study.

🎯 Key points for quick navigation: 00:00 *User decided to leave their 9-5 job in 2020 to start an advertising agency, aiming to earn $30,000 a month. However, it took over four months to get their first client, and they realized they didn't have service-market fit initially. They became an expert at outbound prospecting and appointment setting, which led to hitting a six-figure run rate and eventually making $30,000 a month. Despite this success, they felt like a slave to their business and sought a more scalable model. They transitioned to selling a productized version of their service, turning their appointment-setting service into a growth infrastructure. This shift allowed them to scale to $600,000 in a single month, with over $400,000 in profit. They now share their journey and strategies to help others scale their businesses.* - 22:31 *Running a business requires hard work and sacrifice, so ensure you enjoy the journey. Focus on experiences over material things, as life is more than just money.* 23:12 *Having experiences that money can afford, like travel, can provide valuable perspective on living and running a business.* 24:47 *Mission of new company: Give entrepreneurs purpose, insights, and infrastructure to reach their potential quickly, allowing them to enjoy life's greatest gift, time.* 26:26 *Strive to be present in the moment, rather than constantly worrying about the future. Money should enable presence, not hinder it.* 27:19 *Aim for more than just working hard; strive for freedom from being enslaved by your business. Deliver better and faster results to become a leading expert in your industry.* 28:01 *Create high-ticket offers to scale your business and achieve higher revenue with fewer clients. Focus on working with sophisticated, established clients for easier delivery of results.* 34:28 *Success in business is not about working harder but about leveraging your efforts effectively. Focus on pulling the right levers to magnify your results.* Serge shifted from selling Facebook ads to selling appointment setting organically, which led to his first $10K month in 45 days. He identified and solved client churn issues by improving their offers, sales processes, and scripts, leading to a $30K to $70K per month transformation. By focusing on operational excellence and delivering exceptional value, Serge scaled his business to $108K per month with 70%+ profit margins, surpassing the industry standard. 01:54:12 *Pricing should reflect undeniable value; focus on helping clients increase average order values, create bundles, implement upsells, and improve nurturing sequences to avoid being perceived as a commodity.* 01:55:29 *Audience building, not courses, leads to significant revenue from courses; emphasize building leverage and expertise in a field over shortcuts.* 02:00:17 *Pricing structure: Position your offer as a solution to various business needs, charging more based on the potential value you can add to the client's business.* 02:04:13 *Emphasize the potential value and probability of achieving outcomes to justify charging higher fees upfront and on the back end.[**01:54:12**] To justify a $10,000 or $15,000 price tag, you need to be a superstar in your industry, offering undeniably valuable services. Pricing strategies include helping clients increase average order values, creating bundles, upsells, and nurturing sequences. Other challenges businesses face include not nurturing their existing list, low conversion rates on websites, and inadequate customer acquisition efforts. Focus on solving these problems to justify your pricing.* 03:04:19 *Some of the most successful online businesses focus on owning and educating their audience before converting them, leveraging the value of data and attention in today's market. The key is to acquire users through valuable content and then monetize them effectively, as demonstrated by giants like Google and Meta.* Obscurity is the enemy of most businesses. The best-known product often beats the best product. Attention is key. To scale, focus on volume and attention. The more attention you generate, the more inevitable success becomes. Track your numbers and analyze data. Emotions shouldn't drive your decisions. Data should guide your strategy. Scaling requires exponential effort. Scaling from 10K to 50K a month requires 10x the effort, not the same strategy. Talent acquisition is crucial for scaling. Focus on acquiring and onboarding talent to scale your business effectively. 08:38:28 *To deliver on half a million dollars a month, you need leveraged operations, talent, systems, data, and unique insights. Your team's talents should be leveraged by shifting their focus from doing things to documenting, setting up, consulting, and auditing. This shift increases efficiency and allows each team member to handle a significantly higher number of clients.* 08:41:26 *The traditional agency model of upselling more services can lead to selling more time, which is not scalable. Instead, use a Growth Creator Value Ladder where you sell more things but sell less time. The goal is to make your offerings less time-consuming as your clients become more valuable. This approach creates a scalable business model based on offering insights rather than just services.* [09:16:28] The approach is to build solutions that solve clients' problems rather than just coaching them to run ads or sell products. The focus is on understanding the niche and client needs. [09:17:36] To succeed with a build and release strategy, sophistication is key. Selling something too easy can lead to commoditization. [09:18:57] Clients are encouraged to go all in and build businesses that provide transformational results, not just for clients but for their team as well. [09:19:24] Success in online business requires intense focus and dedication. Trying to do too many things at once can lead to failure. [09:20:42] Success in business often requires more effort and pain than people anticipate. Buying a service won't make you successful; you need to become better and exceed others' expectations. [09:25:35] Paid ads led to significantly more qualified client calls, with up to 100 calls booked, compared to 10 calls per month with outbound methods. [09:26:26] Switching niches, especially from coaching and consulting, can lead to more success with paid ads. [09:30:11] Scaling from 30k to 75k per month required a shift in mindset and offer structure, focusing on high-ticket, leveraged offers rather than one-on-one coaching. [09:31:31] The support and guidance from a mentor and community can be crucial for overcoming roadblocks and achieving success. [09:34:03] Seeing others achieve what you desire can be a powerful motivator and can help you realize that success is attainable for you as well. [09:36:46] Leveraging systems, trackers, and paid ads can lead to significant revenue growth, even in challenging markets like the Latin market. 11:11:04 *Companies with limited cash flow might be cautious about spending large sums, so consider charging a setup fee upfront (e.g., 10-15k) and implementing a 60-90 day deal with a retainer and commission structure. Aim to control the sales process and scale by building a team of closers. Focus on providing immediate value and avoid long sales cycles, targeting companies with shorter lead times. Offer a scalable content creation infrastructure for clients, charging a one-time fee for a team of editors and distribution manager, enabling them to release content consistently. Consider sourcing loom creators from marketing groups and compensating them based on booked calls. If looms aren't converting, try a conversation approach without the video. Test different acquisition workflows and channels if your current strategy isn't yielding results.* Simplifying your business model can lead to scalability and higher profits. Beware of UA-cam advice that oversimplifies complex business processes. Live in the future by offering solutions that will be valuable tomorrow, not just today. Podcasting can be a profitable strategy but requires time to build; focus on offering immediate solutions to clients. Made with HARPA AI

Hello Sergey I watch your videos but I don't speak English well So, is the b&r a joint sale and not a Don4U business? An example of an e-commerce client is growth - how he writes and how he makes an advertisement and how he does it by writing an email and returning the cart and a new client and how he sends it and how he can control it and how he measures and tracks the numbers. Is this just growth? Systems that the client gives him and takes $5.
